The things that I found most useful were the checklists and the many examples the book gave. The examples helped becasue they gave many different options to choose from; however, they were kind of confusing at times if you didn't know which type to use.

So I guess we were supposed to write what we find most helpful. The things i find most helpful throughout the book are the checklists and the actual examples, the only thing confusing is that there are so many different types of examples for the cover letter and the resumes that you're not sure which one would be best suited for yours.
